2. Data we process and why

Contact form (/contacto)

When you use the contact form, we collect: name, email address, and the content of the message you write.

• Purpose: to respond to your inquiry.
• Legal basis: consent of the data subject, given by voluntarily submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
• Retention: the submission is processed through Web3Forms (see table below), which retains submission data for a maximum of 30 days on its free plan, after which it is automatically deleted from its servers. Any resulting correspondence that I keep in my own email is retained for as long as necessary for the relationship with the data subject.

Call booking (Cal.com)

When you book a call through the integrated calendar, Cal.com collects the data you enter during the booking process (name, email address and, where applicable, any other data you choose to provide).

• Purpose: to manage the appointment and send you confirmations/reminders.
• Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Retention: according to Cal.com, Inc.'s own retention policy.

Financial DNA Quiz

If you choose to leave your email at the end of the "¿Cuál es tu ADN Financiero?" quiz, we collect: your email and the resulting investor profile.

• Purpose: to contact you personally about your result, if requested.
• Legal basis: explicit consent (mandatory checkbox before submitting).
• Retention: same as the contact form — processed via Web3Forms, retained for a maximum of 30 days on the free plan.

Browsing

The Site may use marketing cookies (LinkedIn, Meta) to show you relevant ads, only if you accept the cookie notice. See the Cookie Policy for the full detail of cookies that may be activated.

3. Data processors

To provide the Site's service, I share data with the following providers, which act as data processors under their own data protection agreements (DPAs):

These providers may be located outside the European Economic Area (USA). In such cases, the transfer is safeguarded by the guarantees provided under the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or another equivalent mechanism offered by each provider).

These two pixels are only activated if you accept marketing cookies in the site's cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.

4. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict the processing of, and request the portability of your data.

You can exercise these rights by writing to alberto@albertojlizcano.com, indicating which right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of a document proving your identity.

If you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations, you can file a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) (Spanish Data Protection Agency) — aepd.es.

5. Security

The Site is served exclusively over HTTPS and applies security headers (CSP, HSTS, X-Frame-Options, among others) to protect the integrity of the connection. Contact form submissions are protected against spam through an automated detection mechanism (honeypot).

6. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect legislative developments or changes to the Site. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document reflects the current version.
